How can I ensure my coupon code is applied to my order?Updated 6 months ago

If you are applying a coupon code to our first purchase - 

• This should be done when you are in your checkout.  You will see a box to apply discount and if you have a valid discount the price will be adjusted when you apply.

 If you are applying a in your account portal for a reoccurring purchase first purchase - 

• This should be done when you are in your checkout.  You will see a box to apply discount and if you have a valid discount the price will be adjusted when you apply.
• To do so:
  • First log into your account: https://my.vitarx.co/account/login
  • Click Dashboard (In top left navigation)
  • Locate the pack you want to apply the coupon code to
  • Click +Add discount.  If you have a valid coupon code it will then appear there after submitting
