How can I skip my next delivery or pause my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

You can take a break from your subscription by either just skipping your next shipment OR by choosing a new ship date whenever you like in the future.

• To skip a month simply:

1. Log into your account (upper right-hand profile logo on our website)

2. Click “My Subscription” on the bar on the left

3. Then click “Manage Pack” for the pack you want change

4. Then choose “Skip a month”

• To pick a date in the future for your next shipment:

1. Log into your account (upper right-hand profile logo on our website)

2. Click “My Subscription” on the bar on the left

3. Click “Edit Date” on the pack you wish to change

4. Choose your next shipment date
