How do I reactivate my cancelled subscription?Updated 2 months ago
- First log into your account (upper right-hand profile logo on our website)
- Make sure you are in the "My Subscription" tab on the left. If not, click it.
- You should see all your active and inactive subscriptions listed here.
- Simply click “Reactivate” to the subscription you want to reactivate.
- Note: you can make any adjustments you want to our old subscription after you reactivate it! You can also choose when it ships by choosing the next ship date right there in the portal.
