I've been charged after requesting cancellation, can I get a refund?Updated 14 days ago

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you had a order recently process and you want to cancel it, please let us know ASAP so we can try and catch it before it is processed. If we are able to catch it before it goes out, we will gladly cancel that order and refund you for it.  

However, please note that every order is made custom to you so once and order has been fulfilled and there is nothing wrong with the product itself, we can not accept it as a return.  For this reason we send out notification email 3 days prior to any order being fulfilled to avoid any unwanted orders from processing
