Can I have more than one pack on my account? (existing customer)Updated 8 months ago

Yes! You can add a new pack in your account profile.


Note:  Please follow these steps if you already have an existing account with us.  If you are a new customer.  Follow these steps to add another pack to your cart/checkout.

If you are an existing customer and have an account with us:

On Mobile:

  1. First log into your account: https://my.vitarx.co/account/login
  2. Click Dashboard (in top left navigation)
  3. Scroll to where you will see You may also like
    1. Choose +Add Personalized pack
  4. Select the product you wish to have in your new pack
  5. Select Add to order - this will add the new pack to be shipped out on the same schedule as the current pack in your account
  6. **Note** - The name printed on the pack will match the current one on file when you add it to cart.  However, you can easily change edit this right here in the portal.
    1. Click Change name on pack for the pack you would like to change the name for.  This is what we will print on the packs for that order.

On Desktop:
