How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Before you cancel, did you know that you can skip your next shipment or reschedule your next shipment date as far as 3 months into the future?

To reschedule your next shipment to any date in the next 3 months:

1. First log into your account: https://vitarx.co/account/login
2. Click the My Subscription tab on the left
3. Click Edit Date
4. Choose a date in the future for your next shipment

To skip a month or cancel your subscription:

1. First log into your account: https://vitarx.co/account/login
2. Click the My Subscription tab on the left
3. Click Manage Pack
4. Click Skip a month OR Cancel Pack
