How much is shipping?
For orders over $20 shipping is free! Otherwise, you will see the shipping cost in your order; we have negotiated very discounted rates with USPS for those who do not qualify for free shipping.
Can I track my order and track its delivery status?
Yes! After your purchase, we will send you an email with a link that allows you to track the delivery. We will also send you an email each month after your subscription is mailed so you can track those packages as well.
My order status says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
If your order is showing delivered but you did not receive it, there may be an issue with the shipping carrier. You can always contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your tracking number for better information. Please allow 2-3 days for t
How do I update my shipping or billing address?
1. Log into your account https://vitarx.co/account/login. 2. Click “My Subscription” in the bar on the left. 3. You should see your pack listed in the lower center of the screen along with your current shipping address. Click the button “Edit” under
